Bbuble K Cafe

Today, students from MSC and Cheers vistied Bbuble Tea Cafe which is founded by our very own NYP seniors!! :D

Bbuble K Cafe  was established approximately 7 months ago. Its aim is to create an all-in-one place for youths to hang out which is lacking in Singapore. They provide board games, comfy chairs, cozy environment with music, free wifi and power sockets at an affordable price.

In addition, they provide a large range of snacks and bubble teas. They chose to open their Cafe in the neighbourhood area instead of shopping malls as there are lots of Secondary school nearby and the rental cost is relatively cheaper than the ones in shopping mall. Also, setting up in the Cafe in the neighbourhood allows them to have the freedom of deciding their own operating hours which can be catered to their targeted customers.

Mon:12:00 pm-10:00 pm

Thu:12:00 pm-10:00 pm

Fri:12:00 pm-11:00 pm

Sun:12:00 pm-11:00 pm

The learning point of the visit is to learn about the process of setting up an F&B company.

What we learnt:

- Things to look out for in choosing the venue. [targeted customers, rental cost, operating hour, convenience,etc]

- Compare with competitors, see what they provide[ products, promotions, atmosphere,etc] so that they can improve on themselves.

- Take note of peak hours so that we know which is the best time to start operating.

- Adjusting price for products to suit customer needs.

- Learnt about marketing strategy and word of mouth.

•      They have a Facebook book page that updates about new products/promotion
