"Hello everyone!"

This is the first entry since the new batch took over. Let us take a look as how is the progressing of our teammates!

The first week is the handover week by the previous batch. When we arrived in school, we signed in at the OPS room. After signing, we are notified about the outlets that we are all allocated to. In addition, we had the photo taking session of the contact list.

After that, we had the team building session with everyone. The games that we had played include “Finding the prices of the listed items” and “Build the highest structure”. From this session, we are able to know everyone better, including the supervisors and lecturers.

For the subsequent days, we underwent training and understudy the previous batch. With the guidance of the previous batch, the new batch had the chance to have some hands on training.

On the week 2, we had our first workshop (sharing session) that was conducted by Ms Denis Ang. From this workshop, all of us are able to have a better understanding of provide the correct and a greater awareness of providing good customer service.

Following, we had participated on the 2nd workshop that was conducted by Ms Angela Cheng, on the “Sales Analysis Inventory Management and Store Promotion”. From this workshop, we learnt basis sales analysis, inventory management and reporting.

We are expecting a more fulfilling experience to come!
