i guess all of you are familar with this customer service board. Customer service rating will be held on every friday at the entrance of the shopping acarde from 10 am - 3 pm. Please direct your customers to this "BIG BLACK BOARD" to support (rate) your customer service.
Red face - Bad customer service (Boooo!)
White face - Neutral (SoSo/ Normal)
Yellow face - Excellent Service (Superb!)
